What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, an optional current website URL, and the message you write. We do not use cookies, analytics tracking, or collect any other personal information through this site.

How we use it

Submissions are sent to ModernPx via Resend, our transactional email provider, so we can reply to your inquiry. As an internal notification, a copy of the submission may also be posted to a private ModernPx Slack channel. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential work together — we do not sell or share it with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our own business records, and delete them on request (see below).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of [STATE — to be finalized once the ModernPx LLC is formed].

We may update this policy as the business grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
